'Unspecified' option for paid/credit #63

What is the url of the page you want to enhance (or steps to reproduce)?
Jobs new, search, show

What changes would you like to see on this page?
Paid and credit should have 'unspecified' option, to avoid big scary X's. Some 
of these things might be TBA at the time of posting.

Support is there (i.e. you can have jobs with paid/credit => nil), but the 
new/edit page still only allows yes/no.
