Make sure we limit the number of listings that show up in dashboard tables #73

E.g. in the "Watched Jobs" or in the SmartMatched Jobs table things on the 
Dashboard page, we should have a max of , say 5 jobs , so we don't get too much 
clutter on there.

It might already be doing that, actually. Just need to verify
