Verify that cap deploy does rake ts tasks correctly #74

Make sure RAILS_ENV=production is taken care of and that any reindexing or 
config that has to happen, happens.

Else, 500 errors occur on search pages.

My suspicion is that when a cap deploy occurs, everything is lost, including 
the ThinkingSphinx config file.

This may not even be an issue. I just cap deployed again and stuff still works 
fine.
