5.5 Coastline (“coastline”)
Only the code 8300 is used. Coastlines don't have a name attribute.

That's all that is specified. No tag key/value description.

Need to ask geofabrik or other authoritative source how to correctly implement this.

there are already 906505 objects matching this key=value pair natural=coastline, and precedent exists for coastlines to be added to this layer, as there is a layer 4141 "natural:beach"
