Geofabrik layer 1500 - request revision of "buildings:NULL" to "building:building" #67

Layer 1500 is defined as "buildings" with no subdesignation fclasses.

Propose that code name be normalized to singular "building" and a default fclass of "building" be specified, i.e. "building:building".

Alternatively, possibly specify that the fclass is NULL.
