robot_params update for p3dx-sh-lms1xx robot type #36

Our P3DX were shipped with LMS100 lasers, and their parameter files are p3dx-sh-lms1xx.p Without this modification, we get the warning:

P2OS: Warning: couldn't find parameters for this robot; using defaults

and incorrect odometry parameters get loaded for our robots.

Sure thing. I will be pushing a new version soon so this gets included in the next update cycle.
