Custom control doesn't work with lazy init #793

Steps to reproduce and a minimal demo(Plunker Example)

Using custom control example combine with lazy init example

Current behavior

AngularJs throw an error: Error: mapController.map.controls is undefined linkFunc@https://rawgit.com/allenhwkim/angularjs-google-maps/master/build/scripts/ng-map.js:440:5
And custom control is nowhere to be found

Expected/desired behavior

Custom control must show up like non lazy-init example
