wordpress 3.4 wp_get_theme not working for constants/shortcodes #155

apparently quite a few of the shortcodes stopped working as of wp 3.4, due to 
improper use of wp_get_theme.  this patch should fix the shortcodes.  

do we have to namespace the constants?  i didn't do that.  it would be trivial 
to add shortcodes for authorlink and childthemelink or whatever we'd like to 
call them.
