German translation has broken HTML entity

r852 of /trunk/library/languages/de_DE.po introduced broken HTML entities for 
"ä":

Thanks for reporting!

In upcoming version 1.0.3, all the strings has gone through a major overhaul 
and translations need to be updated anyway. We have installed glotpress to help 
the process along, you can find the german translation here - 
http://translate.thematictheme.com/projects/thematic-framework/thematic-103/de/d
efault If you are not yet a member of the new forums, sign up at 
thematictheme.com and you can login with the same credentials in glotpress and 
start adding strings that are missing or incorrect.
