Compatibility with Brightcove Video Connect 2.7.0 #951

Per this issue: https://github.com/10up/brightcove-video-connect/issues/287 there appears to be a problem with this plugin's compatibility with some changes in Brightcove Video Connect version 2.7.0, which need to be addressed.

We did some changes in 2.7.0 in regards to where should we be hooking code: https://github.com/10up/brightcove-video-connect/compare/2.6.9...2.7.0#diff-aa124e6fea9dbb6d8d5b91eba60a91f61513a6b7c93dbf0c27a2f85b7f53eaa1L75

However I'm not exactly sure how would it relate to the problem outlined in https://github.com/10up/brightcove-video-connect/issues/287
