Allow filtering of post types to remove author dropdown #316

The author dropdown can be confusing when using the byline manager, so a filter was added to optionally remove it by default.

@kevinfodness modified, not sure if adding the byline_manager_supported_post_types filter within the plugin could be confusing, but can't think of any other way without more changes
