Feature/tech 127/add postpicker

This PR replaces the old author search, which used autocomplete, with the Alley PostPicker component.

• Deletes the autocomplete search component.
• Adds a new search component that wraps the Alley PostPicker.
• Adjusts the search endpoint to search by ID as opposed to a string.
