Description
This Pull Request aims to implement a custom field and theme block for managing subheadlines in articles. The subheadline should be displayed between the post title and other post metadata such as the author and publish date.
Use Case
As an editor, the goal is to set a subheadline that will appear below the headline in the article template.
Technical Details
The postmeta field should be named create_wordpress_plugin_subheadline and set its type to string with a default value of an empty string.
The block should be named theme-subheadline and be categorized under theme.
