Support FM term meta (legacy fieldmanager) #11

This adds support for FM Term Meta. It displays the FM term meta in the same table as regular term meta.

@jameswburke @cahdeemer Do you see any downside to this? Not sure if you have any sites using FM term meta, but I work on a few that do, and this would be helpful.

@jameswburke I've updated this so that FM Term Meta appears in its own table. The table doesn't appear at all if there's no FM Term Meta, which I thought would prevent confusion for sites that don't have this.
