As a developer, I would like to be able to go to Tools > Site Health > Info and see an Alleyvate section that has a list of all features and their current status (on or off). This should be read-only, and should merely reflect the current settings for transparency about what is being applied.
Use Case
When a developer is trying to debug an issue on a site, it would be good to have a way to understand what opinions Alleyvate is applying to the site to determine if it is the cause of a particular behavior.
Acceptance Criteria
Add a new section to Site Health > Info called Alleyvate
Populate the section with read-only information about each feature, whether it is active or inactive
