Currently under test. The youtube plugin seems to not autostart always, and even pauses randomly sometimes... Maybe try with chrome instead of chromium ?

Understood what's going on with the youtube plugin.

There's a delay of 15 seconds before showing chromium to let time for the page to load: https://github.com/futurice/chilipie-kiosk/blob/master/home/.xsession#L39

I think chromium not having focus, the youtube player doesn't autostart.

I'll shorten the delay or delete it and see if it fixes the problem.

Ultimately we'll make our own image, but meanwhile this one is pretty nice.
