Updated standard port #1

Not sure what version of msfrpcd you're using but it looks like port 55553 is still the default port?

4.9.3-dev is the one I am using. Can't remember how I installed them, but probably from their git repo. https://github.com/rapid7/metasploit-framework/blob/master/plugins/msgrpc.rb says default is 55552
