Python 3 update #22

Hi, My friend @bathal1 and I tried to make a working version of PyMetasploit for Python 3. We have been using it on Kali Linux 2018.2 with the last version of Metasploit and Python 3.6/7, and we have not encountered any issue so far.

We though it could be useful!

Thank you for your contribution. We just merged PR #37 which addresses the migration to py3 thanks to the contributions of wonderful people such as yourself and others. Hopefully the latest version in master addresses your needs.
