option to disable image filter #257

The image filter doesn't always work as expected. An easy improvement would be to just disable it, but this doesn't seem to be possible.

There is an icon on toolbar that disables the image processing. It is the "paper with a star" icon.

Together with the color mode (the palette icon) you can have colored images without any other processing.

Toolbar isn't open automatically, it will be shown after you tap on the "three dots" icon in the upper right corner.
