Add PL translation #258

Description

Adding a translation into Polish.

Hi @Valdnet , sorry I forgot your pull request behind.

Today I was reviewing them all and I merged a more recent contribution also with Polish translation so I can't merge yours.

I can't check quality of any localization contribution for obvious reasons. Please take a look at the files merged and see if you have any changes or comments to make.
