Description

Updated build system and dependencies (not the latest version, but as latest as build is possible), linting, translation updates, configured Dependabot and CI, minor optimizations etc.

This project builds with serious warnings which are errors in later Android SDK versions, so they have to be fixed as soon as possible - but it is out of my little programming knowledge.

Have one question: noted that there was added a translation file, is that translation made by you?

It's not a new translation. The proper language code for Hebrew translation is not he but iw.
