Minor tweaks #2

Really nice app! Thanks for your contribution!

Just a small pull request with a few tweaks:

  1. Fix bug when no configuration loaded
  2. Adjust logo to better adhere to the guidelines
  3. Add subtitle and description to the manifest for the Cloud App list

Thanks for fixing those issues, Josh! We'll change the logo to a different image, and then I'll create another release.
