same issue as #2 - this time it's almost certainly Primo's email API at fault. Have you tried emailing yourself a cyrillic item in primo? I imagine that the SMS gateways can accept cyrillic characters just fine; Primo's email API is probably just messing them up.
You are correct. I get the Cyrillic via email just fine.
Cyrillic is only partially question marks for me on this item, which suggests to me that it's actually dependent on the carrier's gateway rather than Primo...maybe I can send extra options to the gateway to tell it the encoding I need. Gonna reopen this for now.
As shown in the attached image, Cyrillic text is displayed as question marks. I have not tested any other languages. Blake
