Fix performance issues on configure/reconfigure. #125

This was getting ridiculously slow on SourceMod. The "nodes" table needs an index on the "path" column.

@dvander you forgot to set db_version to 6 after upgrading, so ambuild always outputs Note: upgrading database from version 5 to 6.

Thanks, I'll push a fix for this ASAP. FYI, it is better to post a new issue for stuff like this, I only saw your comment because I accidentally still had this tab open.
