Fix ConfigsExecutedForward (my mistake) #1024

Fixes my misprint in the previous PR. (non-execution of the main config)

@dvander please sorry, but after tests I found misprint in my previous pull request. (Main config not executed + OnConfigsExecuted forward executed not by timer)

Now really all fixed.
