Environment

• Operating System version:
• Game/AppID (with version if applicable):
• Current AMX Mod X version: Lastest master
• Current Metamod version: lastest
• [+] I have updated AMX Mod X to the latest version and it still happens.
• [+] I have updated AMX Mod X to the latest snapshot and it still happens.
• [+] I have updated Metamod to the latest version and it still happens.

Description

Multiline translation show as ML_NOTFOUND, this issue didn't exist back in amx 1.8.2 so something must have changed in the code that handle lang files to cause this issue

Problematic Code (or Steps to Reproduce)

Just load any lang file with a multi line and try to read it

Check If text file is in same codepage of any default amxx translation file.
