Thank you for this contribution, but I believe this pull request is poking at a bigger issue. This may help local compilations but the buildbot probably doesn't have "common" copies of sourcemod 1.10 handy, viewing buildbot bootstrap script here shows that we currently don't have a sourcemod installation to point to.

I've started conversation with the powers that be to resolve this.

One more thing that will need to be updated is the following https://github.com/alliedmodders/cssdm/blob/1905870716da32aa2f9db71c9b1f34af96e8459e/buildbot/bootstrap.pl#L25
