xml file took very long time to load #66

Hi There, recently we have observed that few cameras took 905.130... seconds, which caused camera to start late and hampered production activity. We haven't seen this before with any version of Vimba or VimbaX. Can you suggest something or know the root cause of this?

I am attaching one xml file for reference cam_id.md
