add to bioconda #4

Are there any plans on adding EukDetect to bioconda? While EukDetect is itself a pipeline, I'm guessing many users (such as myself) would like to integrate it into a large pipeline. bioconda makes such software integration/management straight-forward, as shown in your README for the setup of EukDetect. A bioconda recipe for a snakemake pipeline is a bit more difficult than say a python package, but it should be doable.
