Hello, today I downloaded EukDetect. Now after installing, the run doesn't work. I see you have updated your database set. Should I change something in my configfile? It seems that the database set is called different in previous versions?

Thanks for pointing this out - yes the database file is ncbi_eukprot_met_arch_markers.fna, and the database prefix in your config file should be changed to match what's in the database. I've updated the default config file to have this prefix.
