Improve tutorial in documentation #19

Make clear that PAGSEGURO_SANDBOX on production environment must be defined as False.

Also fix list formatting and remove blank white spaces from the end of the lines.

@allisson thank you for the lib, it is very easy to use. Just wanted to improve a point that I needed to read the source code in order to figure out.
