  1. NRE in LTA.Coast stage
  2. Unnecessary throttling of a single unbalanced engine during LTA.Wait stage
  3. Premature transition to LTA.Decelerate stage
  4. DEO.fine_tune_approach produces inadequate orbits that are worse than the current one, including non-landing orbits with high PeA
