This is updated to fix the current issues with using legacy Python CLI. Most code is from the sublime editor plugin which is also in Python.

Removed force download client button
Fetches CLI executable based on os and architecture

I've moved the plugin repo to the wakatime org so we can pull in PRs like this one:

@alanhamlett Thank you for committing the PR. I must've made some mistake at the forking and forked the allista/ repo instead of wakatime/ repo. I'll make sure to PR that one for any further contribution I might do.

[ And I thought this was gonna be my first real PR Pull :( ]

You didn't make a mistake, i just created that repo recently because this one isn't getting updated by the owner.
