Fixed and improved the `DownloadWakaTime` class #8

I've fixed an issue described in detail here.

This PR enables the add-on to download the WakaTime client to the user's machine.

This change was tested only on Linux. Additional tests on Windows and Mac could also be conducted.

Confirmed the add-on works on Windows no problem.
