A permanently fixed Asteroid Hatch explodes after undocking or time-warping #225

Description

After being permanently attached to the asteroid, the Asteroid Hatch will explode if you time-warp, or if you undock the rest of the vessel from it. Docking to a hatch that's fixed also causes it to explode. Undocking anything from the asteroid itself, or the vessel, after hatch is fixed, also causes it to explode.

The blast awesomeness is 0.5

The asteroid and the vessel both survive the blast and remain in rendezvous with each other at 0.0 relative speed, you can switch back to the vessel from the tracking station, but the hatch is gone.

I cheated the vessel from launchpad into rendezvous with the asteroid, if that matters.

Both time-warp, undocking / docking back work fine before the hatch is permanently fixed to the asteroid, but not after.

I believe I found a workaround/reason: dock something else to an asteroid before attaching the hatch (attaching, not fixing permanently). If you already attached the hatch, dock another vessel to the asteroid (using standard Claw), then release the hatch grapple, toggle it again to re-attach to the asteroid, and only then fix it permanently.

In all other sequence of actions except the above — the hatch explodes after time-warping or docking/undocking anything from the asteroid or the hatch and vessel themselves. Something needs to be attached to the asteroid before the hatch.
