dnt initial set to false #251

The dnt request is almost always ignored, thus provides no real benefit to being turned on by default. As it only sends more data to websites that are visited.

I am not sure if I agree. Certainly it would be better when Mozilla had this as default, so you don't tell websites you changed something, but at least you make your stance clear. It would look rather strange for a privacy optimized profile not to send a do not track signal.

And in any possible court case about if your tracking opt-out it was ambiguous, having sent a DNT signal would be a good thing. Here, I hope for more and more legislation like when Google was forced to add a "reject all" button to its consent dialog.

And some more ethical analysis tools like Matomo do respect the header.

I think it would be useful to better describe this aspects, so the user can decide what's more important to him.
