The current https://derivationmap.net/developer_documentation page should be split into "developer" content (how the Python and Docker stuff works) and "design" (concepts of the project)

The https://derivationmap.net/user_documentation lacks "how to use this web site." The content is on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IzY4UQr6Q9E but isn't included on the text pages
