Chore / naming: use signer for single credentials and wallet for credential stores #30

Right now we use signer and wallet rather interchangeably. Once this is clarified in Alloy (see: https://github.com/alloy-rs/alloy/issues/575) this should be downstreamed here.

Blocked until: https://github.com/alloy-rs/examples/pull/107 is merged

No longer blocked, examples and upstream were merged.
