Shut down engine after low oil pressure for 15 seconds (5 seconds past low oil alarm).

Need to set pressure sensor boundary levels for 20k:

Configurable in EEPROM (sensor vs switch). Set to Sensorin EEPROM then have thresholds and linear mappings between saved pressure states. (0 PSI, 20PSI, 50PSI, LOW OIL PRESSURE LEVEL, etc.)
