Format? Per sensor/motor block?

Created Config display screen where custom configurations like whether 20k vs 10k, Relay Board, Fet Blower can be set.

These values are stored in the eeprom on values 500-999.

Sensor values will be stored from 1000 to 4000. Internal hard coded eeprom readings will be from 0-499.
