- Hard to spin up all on my own. Most likely in the next 6 months is I’m going to be managing everything and the only user.
- Hardware engineers in flux, contractors in flux. Unlikely
- Hardware team very much in flex. Plan to have a proper hardware team: 2-3 EEs, 2-3 FW engs
- A lot going on. The easiest is myself handling. That’s also something I run into the trial. Very familiar with the user interface
