  • What’s your current revision control and collaboration process?
  • We use Altium, the added Concord Pro
  • For revision control, we started with git, then moved to Concord Pro
  • Quite honestly, is not super convenient
  • We don’t use it for commenting, diffing, etc
  • We do classic design reviews in PF format, checklist in confluence
  • What do you hope to change about your current process?
  • Having more people work on the design
  • The second thing is release management
  • We developed our own material management part libraries
  • We’re on an outside Altium release anyway. We don’t want to be locked in the Altium vault.
  • In an ideal scenario your tool would be integrated into the internal web release application web based as well
