Custom spelling dictionary has UI issue - wrong size, text & scrollbar off-screen. #159

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go Resharper->Options->AgentSmith->Dicitionaries
2. Add enough words to the 'user dictionary words' field for it to scroll
3. Note that the scrollbar 'down' arrow is off screen, and it's impossible to 
type in new words. 

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
Would expect scrollbar and control to size so that they were entirely on 
screen. Instead, they're sized to some point beyond the bottom of the dialog.

What version of ReSharper, Visual Studio and Windows do you use?
Resharper 5.0.1659.36, Visual Studio 2008 SP1, Agent Smith 9.0.30729.1.
Windows 7 x64.

The options dialog has been rewritten in the 1.5 beta - please try that and let 
us know if it is still an issue.
