ReSharper 7.1 support #191

Hi folks. Just as a heads up, ReSharper will soon be releasing 7.1, an update 
to 7.0. We've tried to minimise impact, but because we've had to make some 
changes to APIs, we need plugins to be recompiled, and loaded from the 7.1 
directory. I've tried recompiling the current plugin, and it seems to work, so 
it should just be a case of updating and recompiling. Would you be able to get 
a new version on the downloads page when the new version is availble, please?
