Many members seeking help in the support forum channel usually give very vague questions and except us to know exactly how to help them, like "x is not working" or "why is x doing this"
I was thinking that tux could send a message in the new forum, telling the user to provide additional info that might be beneficial to the helpers. here is an example i came up with
Thank you for opening a ticket! Please provide the following information to help us assist you more efficiently:
Hardware: What CPU and GPU is your computer using? How much RAM?
Software: What operating system is your system running? What desktop environment? Are you using X11 or Wayland?
Device: Is your device a laptop or a custom built machine? If it's a laptop, what is the name of the model?
Issue: Describe the issue you're having in detail, including what you did that potentially caused the issue. Are there any solutions that you tried?
Logs: What error messages are you getting? Are there any error logs?
You can find most of the information by using the command neofetch in your terminal. Showing screenshots will help as well.
