merge OpenGL optimizations into master #12

added a config flag :slow_gl which uses immediate mode rendering for circles instead of VBOs. Could you merge it into master from the gosu branch if it works for you?

done in 9cc486d2a4dd87600ea92ee3256350880b4e2ff7. and it runs great!

Okay, cool. It's probably just on my old MacBook that alpha isn't working, then. O.O
