Summary

Create the client set-up using React-Router to have all necessary routes to corresponding pages with basic styling.

Expected Behavior

User can access all authorized routes that have been set up in the main app file.

Acceptance Criteria

react-router is installed and configured with the following routes:
- Register/Login Page
- User Profile page
- User Articles Page(s)
- Styling wrappers for components are created with styled components package.
- normalize CSS to set-up basic standard
