Add support for 'distinct' queries #229

1.7.4 of the SDK introduced a new option for projection-queries done via 'db' 
that will return only distinct values. This doesn't seem to be available via 
NDB. I'd like this to be available via kwargs/QueryOptions in the same way 
projection/keys_only etc. are currently.
