Consider adding API for generating environment.properties #62

What is the current behavior?

Users have to generate environment.properties manually

What is the expected behavior?

There should be a way to configure custom property values to be passed to environment.properties An alternative option is to configure which file to use for environment.properties (just like the one for categories.json)

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
