Implementing allure-kotlin-commons

• copying and migrating to Kotlin whole allure-java-commons
• keeping the logic and structure the same, only migrating Java 1.7+ features:
  • java.util.Optional (Java 1.8+) -> Kotlin null type & safe call operators
  • java.util.stream.* (Java 1.8+) -> Kotlin collection/sequences
  • java.nio.file.* (Java 1.7+) -> migrating from Path to File
• verifying nullability of method parameters & return types
• removing redundant methods and replacing them with default parameters
• adding annotations for Java interop (JvmStatic & JvmOverloads)
• removing deprecated classes & methods
• using java logger for logging things inside common module

Implementing allure-kotlin-commons-test

• copying and migrating to Kotlin whole allure-java-commons-test
• including JavaInterop for function interface wrapping

Including tests from allure-java-commons

• including tests for common components from allure-java-commons
• using mockk instead of Mockito for easier mocking in Kotlin
• defining JavaInterop.kt with kotlin lambda wrappers around java functions
